The key is good stamina usage control. GoMore gives you real-time stamina % readouts so you’ll know the exact physiological load of any exertion intensity in different environmental conditions at any time. You can hence better decide whether to speed up, slow down, or take a break, and devise optimal strategies to train and compete.

GoMore helps you visualize your current performance capabilities by projecting how much further you’re actually able to go or how many more calories you’re really able to burn (for indoor exercises) if stamina were used up. For example, after running 15 km outdoors with some stamina left, the algorithm behind GoMore would possibly project a 20 km attainable distance, so you’ll know what you’re really capable of.
TO SEE WHETHER YOU’RE IMPROVING
GoMore keeps records of your performance from sessions you choose to save and presents it in a clear-cut manner. From these records, you can see how far you’ve come and evaluate the effectiveness of a training plan or devise new training and racing strategies.
WHO USES GOMORE
As a coach, it’s crucial to have a solid grasp of my athletes’ physical conditions and to monitor their daily performance closely. With the stamina measurements made, I get immediate feedback of my athlete’s conditions during training. If the assigned workout intensity is too high, their stamina drops too quickly, which could defeat the purpose of a particular training. Therefore, the economics of training can be better realized via discussions with my athletes and by adjusting workouts right away.
Also, by analyzing their performance capability records, I can easily see whether my athletes’ endurance levels are where they need to be for the next game. This is especially helpful since I’m always checking to see if my athletes are making progress and improving.

My body condition changes slightly day to day due to the weather or even my mood. To perform well during a race, allocating my stamina appropriately throughout has always been a big concern and understanding where my physical limitations lie is necessary to make any game plan. GoMore monitors my fatigue levels in real-time, which helps me make the right decisions.
Also, from the stamina amounts mapped to corresponding locations, I’m able to identify where it might be harder or easier on a racecourse to better allocate my stamina usage to perform well.

With the limited amount of time I have for myself, I find it very helpful to use my projected capabilities after training sessions to develop efficient approaches with my coach to help me improve. When I break my limits and improve, my kids also see that they have the ability to overcome any difficulties that may come their way.
GoMore helps you find out your stamina levels for 4 different types of exercises which include hiking, running, biking, and indoor exercises. Different levels for each type of exercise indicates your stamina capability for that particular exercise. Your stamina level and ability levels for each exercise is measured in kilometers/miles for outdoor activities, and is measured by calories for indoor workout activities.
